Balancing back out

“Wow it’s now been a week since I was given the honor of being MISS GIRLFRIEND for @fitbikinimodelextravaganza 👗❤️🏆👠.

This moment meant a lot to me so I am very grateful 💞

A week on, I am having so many withdrawals of this fun and amazing day! Reflecting back and easing back into a slightly more relaxed lifestyle (currently 🍷 wineing down if you know what I mean) has left me feeling so confident in my abilities to life a healthy, balanced, fit healthy lifestyle that I truly enjoy!

Finding that happy medium is so hard especially for all you ladies out there who have also dabbled and competed in body building! Finding the best of both takes a lot of trial and error! The @fitbikinimodelextravaganza environment definitely aided me in finding this!”

With my upcoming trip being less then 3 weeks away I am working hard at maintaining my efforts physically, while decreasing my training and cardio and relaxing on my food. Now in the past this type of thing would of made me quite anxious and stressed but I am way more relaxed with the current process,

I know what is coming my way when I get to Europe-- ummm carbs and alcohol but I feel confident I can stay in control while having a good time!

Fitness, health and wellness is a never ending journey and continually evolves, I know so much more now then I did a few years ago and I know it will continue the more I continue to push myself and strive for progress the better and easier it becomes.
