Steve stubbornly came to the gym last year as it wasn’t just a matter of it being choice anymore.
He suffers from Parkinson’s, crohns and has had two open heart surgeries. His doctors were telling him that fixing and working on his health and fitness was a must.
.At first the shakes (from Parkinson’s) and mental side of things and a busy routine played a bit part in the progress.
Starting with me pushing him to actually come to the gym once a week - 30 mins at a time -
Then that became more frequent and regular
We then moved to two a week - and regularly and now do one 30 min lower body and one 45 minute upper and abs session a week.

This is him on the leg press hitting 100kilos for 12 reps today! Not the first time he has done this but a big milestone as he never thought he was able to do things like this!

Very proud and it shows persistence, hard work and maybe a bit of nagging and encouragement from a Personal Trainer what we can achieve.

This is a great example of how not just focusing on “weight” loss in the gym.
Here we focuses on good habits, routine, persistence, mindset, and general health, fitness and wellness.

Now is of course not cured but most certainly in a better way of life due to his improvements 🙌🙌🙌

Kitty has been a client of mine for over a year and had slowly learnt to let me in and trust with helping in all aspects of her health and fitness
She started with me with an injury to her wrist, very low confidence and knowledge of the gym but an open mind!
​
​
She has just completed the 8 week challenge I ran in which we spoke about food habits, training habits, mindset habits and all round wellness as opposed to just weight loss.
​
As a vegetarian she also didn't even eat tofu or take supplements that were protein based.Now from developing new habits and being informed these are regular parts of her nutrition.
​
​
The result speak for them selves! And she is actually eating more now then what she started with due to better preparation and knowledge.
These are the things that important to me!! Seeing you learn and succeed and transform!

Super proud!!! And she knows it doesn’t just stop now!
