Transformation Tuesday for me this week.
I started my preparations for @fitbikinimodelextravaganza and my Europe trip cut back in February. 👙
This is definitely a long time between photos. (My booty progress has shocked me so much 🍑) I have specifically chosen to go slow and steady and sustainable as apposed to my previous methods when I did body building of harder, extreme and very strict. ❌ I have lost 7 kilos on the scales and to be honest I know it’s not much nor did I have much to lose as I’d been comfortably sitting at the weight on the right for about 18 months since I last competed. 💪 The biggest changes I’ve made is cutting out the alcohol- cleaning up my food and preparing more at home as opposed to take out or pre made food- and adding in controlled cardio. 🍗🥦🍌🍟 I feel so healthy, fit and content with my progress. Not extremely skinny for my height as when I compete I would be a further 10 kilos lighter. Anyway I have still been allowing for the slight indulgence when the dark chocolate 🍫 has been on sale or when I have been out! (Man a cheese board 🧀🧀🧀always gets me lol) but wanted to share. Let’s see how long I can maintain while I’m away in Europe for 7 weeks - I am anticipating a weight gain due to my change in routine and of course all the carb based foods (🍟🥐🍚YUM!) and the mojitos 🥂🥂🥂I will be enjoying. I should be right for my bikini bod in 🇬🇷 Greece for 2 weeks then I we shall see how I go I mean haloumi and baklava 🤤🤤🤤 Just wanted to share - any questions send me a message! 😊
