Happy Friday Everyone! This is your reminder to not lose all of your hard work during a weekend of fun and no restriction. Don't blow out and undo all of your efforts- yes still have that relaxed meal with your friends or your partner but don't let it be an absolute write off! Have that piece of cake or that drink with friends I want you guys too but I know you want your results and progress more! Keep that in mind, swap things, smaller portions and be smart.
Eat before hand so you only nibble or have a snack if your out at a work function- pre buy sugar free drinks and always have water to sip on etc. Just a helpful Friday tip so you can all enjoy your "free" choice meal. Don't come to me on Monday and tell me you went over board - see how many of you can come tell me how proud you are off your choices and successes over the weekend!
