So lets talk about time-frames and deadlines, and how having targets can help with achieving goals.
Today I am 3 weeks out from the Fit Bikini Model Extravaganza Finals! This is a goal I have been physically working on with my training, nutrition and mindset since February.
The end goal I was working towards is almost here:) It hasn't been about winning but more so my personal growth and progress. And I have most certainly progressed.
Having goals and deadlines can make achieving milestones seem really easy to work towards. Each week I get one step closer and closer to being to the bigger picture. Each week I focus on the tasks ahead and chip away slowly.
Another deadline and mindset that I reached was a mental and business development side was last week. I reached the end of my 12 week coaching program- again I had individual tasks and projects to work on. This kept me accountable and aligned with my goals and as daunting and as it can be to take a leap of faith and invest I found this super worthwhile and productive.
Another number I am counting down for is my upcoming Europe trip which is now only 50 days away now too! This is a big motivator and time frame I have been working towards for a long time! This has keep me focused with working hard and big hours, thinking about money and of course keeping me focused.
So next time you think you are losing focus or motivation think about a time frame or an occasion or a project that can be used to keep you accountable and encouraged.
Perspective and realistic goals make a big difference in succeeding. Work hard keep it consistent and keep it real.
