Hump day - gains reflection. 🍑🍑🍑
Some of my girls in class were commenting on my 🍑🙊so had a chat and showed them how different and how long it takes! Left was start of 2014 Right June 2018 In between I’ve done 5 comps - 3 back to back in 2015, 1 in 2016, 1 this year. I’ve also had elective surgery and recovered from that. What this is saying and showing as I really had no idea how significant my gains were until I went back and looked myself! I’ve had periods of growth when I haven’t been in deficits, periods of cutting and restriction, what has remained constant is my training and my isolated work and singling out for a specific booty day 👌 Clearly I had a natural born “fat flat bum” so yeah I had a bit of help to start with my it has taken many years to build what I have! When I’m training I really love trying new things and specializing in “booty training” with my clients. Any who you don’t get the arse you want my sitting down on it- get go do your squats, your dead lifts, your lunges and use those bands 🙌🙌🙌
