MONDAY MOOD!

So it's Monday! For me that means I generally have a 'day off' per say to catch up on stuff from the weekend and set up my week. I actually had a great weekend even though I worked a lot!

Sometimes the unplanned activities are always the best.

Let's rewind on the week I had:) A great week on managing clients and my casual job, with great training sessions in between. Me hitting my training is super important and I love hitting my strength and fitness goals as I get further in my program. Juggling and fitting in training amongst a busy schedule comes down to time management and having the drive to get it done. If I don't get my training in I feel like I lets my persona and my mental state down and that I can't function proper for my clients and the mindset that they deserve from me.

Although I have been really cruisy and relaxed with my comp prep its also been great not being completely stressed and obsessed over the process how I have been in the past. I took a big step getting back into the posing practice side of my preparations and that felt amazing to bring out the heels and feel confident and strong in my body. For me this was a small win to reflect on :)

I feel really happy and pumped about my choice to do the Fit Miss Bikini Extravagnza show, and use it to aid me with my physical goals for Europe, use it to motivate and inspire my clients and grow again as a person from the experience and learn about myself.

Speaking of Europe holy crap that is coming up in like 5 months! Argh that means I need money and I need to work of my arse to get my body where I want it hahahah. nah money is big draw card I'm working on! Keeps me grinding and focused with my two jobs and staying valuable to my clients which naturally drive my business.

Oh, and exciting activity I did - always good to have fun in amongst your routine- was attend the sunset cinema at the gorgeous botanical gardens at Mt Cootha. I took a friend of mine for her birthday and we had a special date night eating yummy snacks, and sitting on beanbags while we watched a movie under the stars! Luckily her what a birthday present right! And Sunday night her celebrations continued and we went to the famous eat street markets for some feasting and good tunes to chill out. The chill out lasted way past my bed time by the way - we came home and blasted Michael Jackson on YouTube until at least midnight- but amazing vibes when you listen and approach an artist like that! Worth it!

May or may not have slightly indulged too much over the weekend on some yummy foods and I felt a bit "shit" at the gym when I trained this morning...delicious but whoops. Sometimes it just happens and you just go with the flow I know what I did and how it made me feel and that's all. Today new week- with an upcoming birthday week approaching so I just want to have an awesome healthy week feeling good!

New experience for me this week as I went and had my face threaded lol- now this was super painful but I like the end result. Kept wiping my eyes and nose the entire time like a little sook lol but the ladies got there in the end.

Goals for this week- focus on my value for my clients and their needs have a couple of topics to address :) Hit my training and fitness goals so I can have an awesome week next week! By the way I'm turning 28 I don't know why I'm making such a big deal about it right lol.
