Blog 2! What a week!

So! It's been a whole week since I went 100% live with this website and blog! Thanks for all the support and feedback! Everyone has to start somewhere and I am super excited of how this platform is perfect for me. I really do like how it combines, my lifestyle, my business and my goals all together.

Currently binge watching HIMYM- "How I Met Your Mother' for those of you that don't know and relaxing before I make dinner up for the night:) Lol also add in the extra commentary from Adams gaming comments- he is back on the grind for Halo once again- giving it another shot and a bit of fun I am told ( fingers bloody crossed it doesn't continue for long!)

Interesting fact i also watched an episode of Dragon B Super today- believe me intense! ( only like 2 or 3 episodes left forever I am told, so its crazy stuff this current serious that I have to watch in Japanese with subtitles)

In the week gone, a lot has changed and progressed- in so many good ways :)

I quit my part time job which I had held for almost two years! This was a big personal development to close one chapter and start a new one! More info to come! It was a great experience to work at Rockwear for two years and meet so many beautiful ladies and help them out and assist them with feeling great in amazing active wear. However the time came to take on something new and allow it to help me focus on my Personal Training business!!

My training and nutrition routine is still going super well and I am progressing well with working towards my goal of hitting the stage for the Miss Fit BIkini Extravagnza! I cannot wait to give a new experience a go, challenge myself (I always get nervous on stage), meet new ladies, and just succeed in feeling good! 'Progress wise' - honestly I am not being 100% perfect and strict and I m ok with that it is a choice I am making . Currently as I am cruising through while I have time I don't want go back to where I was when I competed in body building. TANGENT-- Anyone who has dabbled and competed in bodybuilding shows will know what I am referring too. In the past when I have competed it involved very extreme dieting, training and lifestyle choices- and it is ok to make the choice to do this! Not saying I am against it- as I have done it myself I just don't want to be in that environment anymore/right now. My outlook this year is to do it differently be balanced and in control and still make progress with my results. I am progressing well its nice to see my body changing again and I am excited. I am also heading to EUROPE In august for nearly 2 months so my main goal was to head over there looking fab so I just relax and enjoy myself partying!! (balance right :) )

My weekend in comparison was pretty chill- I watched Moana on Friday night and had a night in! I love Disney movies and hadn't seen it so thought it was time lol! And last night I tagged along with Adam and his bros to a semi fancy restaurant so we could all have a nice dinner and drinks- ( no alcohol for me still). Any Brisbane local will know about the Milton Markets, they were celebrating International Women's Day so that was nice to check out this morning before I worked my last shifts at the Rockwear store.

For the upcoming week - bring it on! I have a full week of clients at the gym which makes me super pumped to be in the gym working on motivating my amazing clients and seeing them progress! I start at my new job on Tuesday and excited for this new challenge and opportunity.
